Born in England, David moved to Denver in 2006 and began his career in finance. While working in corporate America, he began buying and remodeling older Denver homes as passion projects. What started as a personal interest eventually became a second career, and David made the decision to leave finance and pursue real estate full time.

That background shapes how David approaches real estate today. He understands a home not simply as a transaction, but as architecture, a renovation opportunity, and a financial investment. His experience with construction management, interior design, and real estate investing allows him to help clients look beyond what a property is today and think carefully about what it could become, what improvements make sense, and where the greatest opportunities and risks lie.

David has particular expertise in Denver's older and historic neighborhoods. He has an appreciation for the character and craftsmanship of older homes, but also understands the practical questions that come with owning them: floor plans, additions, renovation potential, maintenance, construction, neighborhood value, and resale. David has also experienced relocation firsthand, having moved from England to Denver, from Denver to San Diego, and ultimately back to Denver. That experience gives him a personal understanding of the challenges involved in choosing a neighborhood, evaluating a new market, and making a home feel like home in an unfamiliar city.
