Get to Know Me

Coming from a 25-year international career from Theatre Lighting to TV Producing, David has always been interested in “large challenges and opportunities”. His time as a BBC Location Scout first got him interested in real estate. Arriving in Phoenix from London in 2003, David sought out the opportunity to join the Valley’s growing urban movement. Concentrating on new development sales of large scale condominiums, he listed his first Class A condominium building in 2005. David’s team has listed and successfully sold six of the nine class A condominium buildings built since 2005 in Downtown / Mid Town Phoenix and The Biltmore areas.

In the 2008 Great Recession, David listed the 17-story One Lexington closing it in just 18 months and breaking AZ new home sales records at the time by 800%. Representing developers from the U.S. and international markets, David’s development track record, led him being invited to co-found Launch Real Estate with a small group of other major Phoenix and Scottsdale brokers in 2016. David partnered with Sean Zimmerman to create LauchPad Sales and Marketing Group an infill development and luxury residential resale centric team within Launch Real Estate. LaunchPad SMG, has just sold out the 149 home, 14 story Portland on the Park Condominiums in Downtown Phoenix.
