Having lived in both Central & Southwest Austin, I've explored the plethora of venues featuring a wide range of musical genres as well as the wide array of dynamic culinary options. I think what makes Austin different from other cities is the opportunities for outdoor recreation choices close to downtown, including Lady Bird Lake and the Colorado River. In recent years the growth has been driven by a thriving tech and startup scene. Vanessa is great! She knows Austin and the surrounding area well. We were looking for something a bit unusual (building a barndo and RV pads on undeveloped land), and she was great about working with her colleagues who had expertise outside of more typical home buying. Vanessa was also great about giving us local referrals, and everything from where to get a great cup of coffee to where to find great hikes in our new hometown.

It’s a very emotional time and Vanessa’s calm and professional demeanor, kept us from falling apart! She guided us step by step at our own pace and helped us form a logical plan. When we listed the house, she was able to get us under contract very quickly and at an even better price than we had dared hope to receive. We moved back to Colorado to be close to family so were not able to use her to buy our retirement home, but she found us a wonderful local realtor and they worked together to make our move seamless.
