Steven Potts is a REALTOR® with Compass in Walnut Creek and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Originally from Ireland, he has built a 15+ year career across construction, Fortune 500 consulting and real estate, and now helps clients buy and sell homes across Walnut Creek, Lamorinda and Pleasant Hill.

Before real estate, Steven trained as a quantity surveyor and led real estate and construction programmes for global firms including Google, Amazon, Goldman Sachs and Time Warner, on projects exceeding $3 billion. That background means he reads a property the way a surveyor does: build quality, realistic renovation costs, and the issues worth negotiating on before you commit. For sellers, the same discipline goes into pricing, preparation and marketing strategy.

A former athlete who represented Ireland in trail running, Steven still races, cycles and hikes whenever he can. He lives in the East Bay with his wife and their two daughters, and the family gets home to Ireland as often as possible.
